The seminar is lead by an international team of coaches and artists. Each brings experience in both artistic study, and the facilitation of personal and professional development programs.

Sam Magill – Lead Facilitator

Sam Magill, MBA, MCC, is regarded by clients and colleagues as a unique contributor to both their individual lives and their professional endeavors. He is seen as a courageous and immensely skillful facilitator and a highly effective personal coach with the ability to be at once very comforting and very challenging, to be global in his perspective and immediate in his application.

Sam is a poet with great sensitivity to expressing himself through the art of words and a photographer expressing himself in images of the world. At this time, Sam is spending a sabbatical year living and savoring life in the south of France. His experience includes experience in industrial production, government organizations, education administration and health care systems.

Amy Frazier

Amy Frazier is a professional actress, writer and consultant based in Seattle, Washington. She uses the arts—especially theatre—to reconnect people with their creativity, environment, and community, with a particular focus upon the body, voice, imagination, and collaboration.

Her company, Stages of Presence, offers individual coaching, personal and professional development trainings, and workshops on topics pertaining to creativity, collaboration, renewal, environmental awareness, body/mind integration, peak performance, and the joys of play.

Valdo Lallemand graduated from L’Ecole Centrale, France. After a career launch with Yves Saint Laurent and Bossard Consultants, Valdo moved to Seattle, where he founded Vision Leadership in 1992, following his passion for transformational adventure learning.

His enthusiastic, visionary approach and irrepressible good humor are well known in the field of adventure learning and transformation. His work is now leading him in new directions, exploring Passion, Creativity and Innovation. He is delighted to serve in an advisory capacity for this exciting program.
